General conditions of access and use of the site:

The purpose of the Ayming website is to provide you with information about Ayming and its activities. Browsing on the site and using its information must always be done in compliance with the GCU. All users must accept the GCU before any attempt to visit to the site. You are free to quit the site if you should happen to disagree with any one or more of the present provisions.

Ayming may not be held responsible for the temporary non-availability of the site due to maintenance works or to improvements on the Site, nor for technical reasons that cannot be imputed to our company. Ayming reserves the right to modify, interrupt or remove any element of the Site whenever it may deem fit, causing the non-availability of any function or content of the Site, without thereby incurring liability to payment of compensation to the user. Ayming further reserves the right to deny you access to the Site.

Intellectual property rights:

The information contained on the site, the registered trademarks, logos, softwares, texts, images and graphics and the database and structure of the Site are the exclusive property of Ayming and are protected under intellectual property law.

You may download, copy or print out any page on the site for your own exclusive personal use, provided always that you respect copyright and include all references of property. Use for commercial purposes or for public distribution is prohibited.

You are not under any circumstances authorized to rework or delete the content of the Site. Use for which provision is not given expressly in the present document is not authorized; applications will require prior written consent from Ayming.

More specifically, you are not authorized to:

  • (i) reproduce Ayming trademarks and logos,
  • (ii) use or extract all or part of any database used by the Site,
  • (iii) use any program used by the Site, or
  • (iv) place online any material that might infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

When you browse the Site Ayming does not collect any information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or Java applets) that might allow you to be identified directly, with the exception of cookies – if you do not object to their placing – and technical data (logs) necessary for access to the site or for traceability.

The (non-optional) data that you send us is necessary so that Ayming can process your request and the optional data allows us to give you a more relevant and useful answer, as per your express consent in having contacted us by means of the form.

If your request concerns a balanced operation or a subsidiary, your data may well be forwarded to the heads of the subsidiaries in question.

If you accept electronic messages concerning the Ayming Group you may receive various kinds of information about the activity of or about events organized by the Ayming Group.
Our client prospection data is kept throughout the entire commercial relation; the prospection data is kept for two years following the first contact.

In accordance with the regulations currently in force you have a right of access, limitation, portability and correction in respect of any information that concerns you. If you obtain communication of information that concerns you and wish to exercise any of these rights you should contact contactbelgium@ayming.com.

If you have legitimate reason you may also oppose the processing of your personal data.

You may also withdraw your consent for the processing of your data at some future date. In that case any processing of data made prior to withdrawal will be considered lawful. In which case you should contact contactbelgium@ayming.com.

You may also launch a complaint with our DPO (dpo@ayming.com) if you believe that the processing of your data was not done in compliance with the applicable laws.

The provision of your identification details (surname, first name and contact details (e-mail address) are necessary for us to answer your request. The non-provision of this information will prevent us from responding to your request. You may provide additional information if you so wish.

Cookies:

Cookies (files that are used to optimize browsing of the site or to recognize users) are used solely for management purposes of the IT site and for the analysis of its use (measurement of visit frequency, user’s movements, …). They have a maximum storage life of 13 months.

 Audience measurement cookies (statistics): these cookies allow collection of information about how any non-identified visitors browse our internet site. The statistics tool used is Google Analytics.

 Pardot cookies: these cookies allow collection of behavioural information to track identified contacts.

Our site contains sharing links to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other similar social networks to allow you to share the contents on our site with other persons.
