What we expect from you

As the Regional Account Manager, you are responsible for the development of your own client portfolio on your region. You report to the Belgium Sales & Marketing Director.

Your main missions:

  • Present our solutions to C-Levels partners (CFOs, HR Directors, R&D Directors) on your Sales territory
  • Generate and nurture leads so that they convert into contracts
  • Hold responsibility for the whole sales cycle, from detecting the opportunity to negotiating T&Cs and closing deals
  • Fertilize your accounts after having managed their satisfaction
  • Liaise with our team of experts to kick off the Consulting phase
  • Endorse the Ayming aura towards the main influencers and partners of your region
  • Feed our CRM system

You are working in the field for about 80% of your time.

Who you are

  • Experienced B2B sales hunter, familiar with complex sales and C-level negotiations
  • Dutch and French speaking native with solid knowledge in English
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial skills, dynamic and proactive attitudes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Masters MS Office and familiar with CRM systems
  • Affinity with complex topics such as Finance, Tax, Payroll, R&D
  • Result oriented and aim to create customer satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build long term relationships with your contacts
  • Affinity or experience in or with the technological and scientific sector is an asset
